Honoring the Legacy, Driving the Future:

Celebrating 75 Years of North Dakota CattleWomen

For nearly 75 years, the North Dakota CattleWomen (NDCW) have been the heartbeat of beef promotion and education across our state. From county fairs to classrooms, libraries to legislative halls, generations of CattleWomen have carried one mission to tell the story of beef, support our ranching families, and strengthen the connection between producers and consumers.

As we approach this remarkable milestone, we’re preparing something truly special the North Dakota CattleWomen 75th Anniversary History Book and State Convention Celebration, coming June 12–13, 2026, in Bismarck, North Dakota.

This commemorative project will honor the women, families, and communities who have helped build and sustain our organization from its beginnings in 1951 to today. Every story matters whether it’s a local beef promotion at a county fair, a classroom visit that inspired a student, or a lifetime of dedication to agriculture and education.

75th Anniversary Cookbook Project

As part of our 75th Anniversary celebration, North Dakota CattleWomen is proud to create a commemorative 75th Anniversary Cookbook—a collection of recipes that reflect our members, families, traditions, and the heritage of ranch life across North Dakota. This special cookbook will preserve favorite recipes shared across generations.
